Incorporated in 1977 and securely embedded in one of Nova Scotia's strong Black Communities the Black Cultural Centre (BCC) has been a point of pilgrimage for all seeking one-stop shopping for information concerning Nova Scotia's African Heritage. The Centre houses a museum, an auditorium, a gift shop, and a reference library. Special events throughout the year bring the aspect of a living culture to all.
